TITLE: forest III

The project shows rainforests from the air, whose images are abstracted by reversing the negative and reducing them to black and white. The filigree contours and leaf structures are reminiscent of traditional East Asian ink works on tissue paper. In this abstraction, the forest becomes a still life that makes the fragility and complexity of nature visible at the same time.
