TITLE: Mother and Child

I heard a hummingbird in the magnolia tree in our backyard. I looked up and after looking around for some time found a little Anna's Hummingbird making all sort of noise. I watched and shortly thereafter another hummingbird flew in, which I quickly realized was the mother. The mother fed the fledgling, left and returned again and again. It took several tries before getting a decent photo of the two of them together. In the end, I think I ended watching the two precious little birds for a few hours. They made my day.
